I’ve decided I’m going to be  writing up a series of food recipes that helps to get veg hidden in food or made interesting to encourage babies and toddlers to eat it. My reason for this is that my baby went from loving veg to hating it in a matter of days and I’m finding it really difficult to get any into her with the result that I’m stressing about vitamins!

So, here’s a growing list of my sneaky ways of getting veg into baby, hope someone will find it useful and please leave a comment if you have tried a recipe out.
